The Fire Island Beach House will become the place to be in Fire Island while cutting distance and travel time down by 50% for those commuting from NYC to the Hamptons in search of quality accommodations, unmatched service, quality food and a great scene. If you're looking for the spot for a chill, beach vibe, The FIBH has everything you need and more!

The FIBH boasts four separate buildings with differing room types. The Watchtower, aptly named with its peaked spire formerly used to search for wayward vessels, hosts 19 of the property’s 38 rooms. Every single room in the Watchtower was completely renovated for the 2020 season. Available rooms in the Watchtower include Standard Kings and Queens as well as Double Queens and Suites, many with a view of the Atlantic Ocean. Every room in the Watchtower features flat-screen televisions, iPhone docking stations and semi-private terraces with Adirondack chairs. The Watchtower has something to offer everyone with either a view of the lively pool scene at the FIBH or a commanding view of the Atlantic Ocean and the beach at Ocean Bay Park.

The FIBH also hosts nine suites with semi-private outdoor terraces and large, renovated King beds for extended stays on the island. The property also boasts two Beach Bungalows and Two Beach Cabins that can accommodate from six to eight people in each. These Beach Cabins and Bungalows offer full kitchens, separate bedrooms, living space and private decks with outdoor showers. Lastly, the Beach House Building offers the remaining rooms on the property. In addition to the rooms, the Beach House features the main lobby, grab and go food and beverage perfect for the beach, the boutique at the FIBH and a cafe station.

The pool at the FIBH is accompanied by the the newly refurbished 'Canes at The FIBH serving a fresh, light and bright menu that will keep the most discerning bar and poolgoers happy. Bar, patio and poolside dining and beverage service is available.

Also renovated is the Lounge on the South Lawn. The artificially turfed lawn will feature chaise lounges, heaters, Adirondack chairs and outdoor sofas to offer yet another spot to chill, imbibe and mingle. For a quick bite, or a cocktail, our servers can be summoned to the Lounge to make those chill vibes more convenient than ever. All of this only steps away from the Atlantic Ocean and some of the best beaches in all of Long Island.

These new features will make the Fire Island Beach House the spot to be for Summer 2024 and beyond!

COME PAY US A VISIT

Ocean Bay Park is accessible by ferry, water taxi or private marine craft. Multiple daily ferry rides are available via the Fire Island Ferries located in Bay Shore, NY. Ample parking is available at their ferry terminal. If not traveling by car, the terminal is accessible by bus and the LIRR. LOUNGE + POOLSIDE SERVICE

Our all new property features all new areas of leisure to bring you that chill beach vibe that we all need. Whether its poolside, on our newly turfed Lounge on the South Lawn or at our new dining area at Canes at The FIBH, our servers are tasked to bring you all of the food and drinks needed to make your stay a memorable one.

POOL TOWELS

Coming from out of town? Don't want to drag tons of bags on the LIRR or FI Ferry? No worries, all of our guests can borrow our all new pool towels to chill at the pool. No worries, we've got you covered. Unfortunately, we do not allow our towels off-site to the beach.

DOCKSIDE LUGGAGE PICKUP

Our bell staff will be at the ferry terminal waiting for you with our own golf carts to shuttle your bags to the property where they will be waiting for you at check in!

ALL NEW CANES at the fibh restaurant

Canes at The FIBH is our newest iteration of our former restaurant. Our Light + Bright menu will leave you feeling fulfilled, but still fresh and ready to get out there to mingle and mix. New menu, new drinks, new seating areas, same unbelievable location only steps to the beach.

There aren't too many venues anywhere on Long Island that have our proximity to the sandy Barrier Island Beaches. Take advantage of it, we'll be here to take care of anything you need to make your trip an unforgettable one.

RULES + POLICIES

The FIBH is a non-smoking property. All smoking is prohibited.
Outside Food and Drinks are prohibited at The FIBH with the exception of the picnic area in the Great Lawn.
Coolers are prohibited with the exception of the picnic area in the Great Lawn.
A Resort Fee of $50.00 is applied daily per room per night.
